I followed someone's instructions in a forum for bloggers and inserted my blogs' feed in my Facebook profile hoping it will drive traffic to my blogs.
But, I am sorry to say 'No'. Don't ask me how did I check the data. I didn't check but I know from other tracking tools that Facebook is not an useful avenue to increase traffic to blogs. But that should not prevent you to try it out. Your blog's content may be good.
Here is how you do it:
* Log in to Facebook and click on your 'Profile' at the top.
* Click on 'Settings' tab you will find on the next screen.
* Click on "Other Services" that appear besides "You can automatically import activity from YouTube......
* Click on "Blog/RSS" and submit your blog's home page URL and that's it.
When you publish your post again in your blog, you will a snippet of your blog post. When Facebook members visit your profile, they will be able to see your blog posts as snippets.

Merged your feeds with Google?
Merging your blog feeds provided by Feedburner with Google is now automatic. Initially I did not know how to do it and then saw an offer from Google itself since it now owns Feedburner.
After I gave permission to Google, the transition was completed by Google though it took more than 3 weeks. Well, I suppose Google was loaded with requests from zombies like me. (smile)
Then I configured my blogs' feed to get inserted with Google AdSense. Yes, the subscribers to your RSS feeds will also see ads by Google in the syndicated content. Surprisingly, the first day itself, I got a click from the Feeds' ads.
Those who have no idea what I am talking about, please go to the settings of your blog from your blogger dashboard and click on 'Site Feed' and you will know.

Monetize your blog with FAN.
FAN-Feedburner Ad Network places the sponsor ads in your feed and pay you on CPM.
This blog was approved by Feedburner some time back and about 5 days ago, I received an email that there is an ad is pending for my approval to inserted in my feeds. The ad was from Norton and I immediately approved it.
Two days before, I was asked to approve another advertisement and this is a different one. Sure, I approved it.
The rate is about $5 to $10 per CPM. It is not the money that mattered to me. I considered it as honor to be invited by Feedburner.
I heard that Google is owning it now-is it true?
