New procedures for approving AdSense application!

I am sure you might have come across several posts on alternative to adsense. I hope you never need to try them. Let me tell you this: "Nothing can ever be a remote alternative to Google AdSense.

I agree there are alternatives to AdSense but poor ones. Nothing can ever replace Google AdSense. Till date, I have never read a positive testimonial on any of these alternatives to AdSense.

Long before I read about upcoming ads similar to Google ads by Yahoo and MSN. About them too, there is hardly any mention in blogs and forums.

Ah yes, I almost forgot. Are you aware that the Google has formulated new procedures for approving AdSense application from publishers? It involves two stage verification by the AdSense team.

AdSense video tutorials that stand above the crowd.

Have you ever thought those who claim to be earning a full time income through Google AdSense are lying? I thought so but soon came to conclusion that they are not lying but exaggerating. I thought their pride would be at stake if they disclose the real (actually low) earnings.

I received my first Google AdSense check after 8 months.

I too maintain several blogs.
I write useful posts that are 100% unique.

Nevertheless, the earnings per day never exceeded $11.
Why?
What am I doing wrong?
What else do I have to learn to implement to see consistent $10 per day?

Are there any Google AdSense video tutorials that stand above the crowd?
Can anyone assure their strategies would fetch $10 per day through 5 blogs/websites?

No! I don't think there are any clear cut methods to earn $10 per day through AdSense.

Top paying adsense keywords

Don't ask me how much each of the following keywords are bidded for by the AdWords players. The amount keeps changing depending on the competition.

However, the basic price may not go down drastically. I know a couple of my online gurus who are adept at weaving blog posts and articles around high paying and less competitive keywords and milk the Google advertisers to their heart content.

I somehow lack the technique. Whenever I tried to write a high paying keyword blog post, my natural writing style always interfered and I end up scrapping the blog post.

So, how about you? Are you comfortable in using high paying AdWords? If so, pick from the list below after finding out how much each can get you approximately.

* best student loan
* refinance house
* voice conference software
* mesothelioma victims
*student loan consolidation
* asbestos attorneys
* liposuction Beverly Hills
* air ambulance

Adsense revenue from feed directories.

Oops! I have failed to teach my SEO trainees that they can earn a few extra money by submitting their blog's feed to certain feed directories that share their AdSense revenue.

I have been teaching several people to earn money online through various ways and AdSense tutorial is certainly one among them.

I have introduced to my trainees several websites and blogs that share their AdSense revenue. To participate and earn online through Google AdSense through revenue sharing sites is quite simple and easy.

Recently, I came to know that a few RSS feed directories allow bloggers and webmasters to earn through a share of their AdSense money.

How it works?
Once you submit your site's RSS feed to feedbess.com, it will be included in the search results along with a display of AdSense.

Feednees.com let you garner 100% of the AdSense revenue.

Improve your AdSense income.

I thought by changing the template of this blog will improve my AdSense income. The new blog design tool offered by the blogger platform provided many options to monetize the blog with AdSense ad formats.

I tried it in this blog which you can see. I also included an image in header though it is irrelevant to this blog's topic.

I have observed a slight improvement in my AdSense income since I implemented the changes. Not a big increase but still some improvement when compared to a few months before.

Do you like this template? Do you have feedback for me? I welcome criticism.

AdSense ready Wordpress themes cannot serve the purpose.

I wonder why people use the so called, "Adsense ready Wordpress themes'! What is so special in them? In fact, they look pretty ordinary when compared to templates I am seeing at hell of a lot of places.

I firmly believe adsense ready Wordpress Themes cannot increase your adsense clicks.

AdSense is a hot topic always. We all read adsense related discussion that are ubiquitous. Everyone is voicing opinion about placement of Google ads, layout of then, color combination are essential in increasing Adsense income.

Everyone is so oblivious about the quality of Google ads that plays the vital part in enticing a click. The title and those two sentences in a Google ad is the sole deciding factor for AdSense income.

A Google ad may lead to a very valuable product or great information but it is the quality of the copywriting that decides the fate of clicks.

If AdSense publishers stop spending time in experimenting with the placement of Google AdSense ads and volunteer to write adwords for advertisers, they will be helping both the parties.

Let me be the first to offer my adwords writing services. Advertisers on Google may please contact with their requirements. Pay me only if you are satisfied with my work.

Know your adsense earnings from your blogger dashboard.

Did you see the "Monetize" button on your blogger dashboard? It is a new feature added by Blogger. It helps us to know our AdSense earnings without logging into our AdSense account.

I have several blogs hosted by blogger. From my dashboard, I can find out how much each blog has earned through AdSense by just clicking on the "Monetize" button.

I can also know how much every blog has earned yesterday, last week and all time etc.
The report gives the full statistics like Page Impression, clicks % and CTR.

You can also remove the AdWords if you wanted to from this new feature from blogger.

Thank you Google! You continue to amaze me.

Adsense consultant gets you.....

Getting the approval from the might Google for your AdSense application is becoming a daunting task.

The Internet is full of cries and owes about consistent rejections by Google and the reasons they give cannot help the applicants to rectify their short comings and re-apply.

Recently I chanced upon a blogger that promises AdSesne approval in 48 hours. No, I don't know how he is going to it. Yes, it is a 'he' and he charges Rs.2000 for his services.

It is a guaranteed adsense approval.

Go and pay a visit to Nishant-yep, that's his name.

Free web sites to increase adsense earnings.

When my AdSense income suddenly started increasing, naturally I was very happy. But I never thought to find out the reason for the increase in AdSesne earnings.

I thought one should analyse the reasons when only something goes wrong. And I a wrong in my assumption. When my AdSense income showed signs of improvement, I should analyse the reasons for it so that I can increase my AdSensr earnings more.

But I don't know how to analyse the reasons for adsense income improvement. Then, I was asked to meet the AdSense girl who could help me to uncover the secrets to AdSense income.

I complied and paid a visit to AdSense Girl and I found that she is selling ready made web sites on various niches. But how can that help me to find out the secrets to adsense income? I am never nterested in ready made web sites. Was I wrongly directed?

Could be!

AdSense Revenue Sharing on Multi-author Wordpress Blog

If you have WorPress Blog with multiple contributing authors, and you are running Google AdSense program, you might be looking in the opportunity to split the revenues fairly between the participating members. The present plugin is exactly what you need to program the ads revenue sharing. It is absolutely free, and quite easy to settle up.

AdSense Revenue Sharing is a wordpress plugin which allows you to easy display ads in your posts by using a quicktag and share your adsense impressions with your friends and co-authors.

To dispaly the ads you can either insert <!-adsense-> anywhere in your post or use the quicktag button.
For configuration go to Options>Revenue Sharing

Usage:

  1. Download, unzip, copy adsense-revenue-sharing directory to your plugin folder.
  2. Go to your wordpress admin panel, click on Plugins and activate Adsense Revenue Sharing.
  3. Go to Options>Revenue Sharing and configure the plugin.
* Top left is a default publisher id. Delete it or modify it with your own.
* Add other publisher codes from your co-authors if available.
* Edit the adsense ad setting (border, color etc); do not fill the ad channel if you added more than one publisher id.
* Select yes or no for the All pages option.
* Click Update AdSense Settings.

How the pluging works:
There are two ways you can use this plugin.
1. You can use the quicktag and insert an ad wherever you want in your post.
2. Second, you can use the All pages setting.
By choosing number the second option one add will appear at the end of every single post and page.
By using either one of the above, on the pages that have more than one post like main page or the archive page, only the first post on the page will display one ad. Google only lets you display 3 ads at a time so it’s better to show one ad, than to show 3 ads and 4 to 7 empty spaces.

Using two or more authors at once, everyone will get equal ad exposure. So if there are 2 authors, each of then will get 50%. For 4 authors the percentage will be 25% for each and so on. Every time the page loads a different author id will be used to display the ad/ads. Remember due to Google only one publisher id is allowed to be used on a page. So if you want to add other ads in your design read the Google TOS first, you will have to disable the plugin or use only one publisher id with it.

Remember if you have 2 or more publishers, the one with less hits will be displayed.
EX.: 5 publishers, someone visits the website and the id from no.1 is shown; for the next 4 visits no.1 will not be shown, meaning that the other 4 will be, randomly; now the hit count is equal again and the pub. no.1 will be shown again; every id will be shown once every 5 hits.

If you want to add another authors publisher id and you already have one or more, either reset the other publishers hit count, or insert and equal number with the current hit count of the existing ones to the newly added. If you don`t, the next thing will happen:
Ex.: you have 8 publishers and each of them has 1000 hits; you add another one with 0 hits. If you don`t reset the hit count for the other 8 or insert 1000 as the new publishers hit value, ads with his id will show up until he reaches 1000 hits.
    Features:
    • Nice admin area with live ad preview
    • Add as many co-authors as you desire
    • Simple add/edit/delete/reset co-authors
    • Fast insert your ads in you posts and pages
    • “Show all” feature to insert one ad at the end of every post
    Requires: WordPress: 2.3 to 2.5.1

    Installation:
    1. Unzip the downloaded package and upload the AdSense Revenue Sharing folder into your Wordpress plugins folder
    2. Log into your WordPress admin panel
    3. Go to Plugins and “Activate” the plugin. “Revenue Sharing” will now be displayed in your Options section
    4. Set up as many AdSense Account ID`s under Options -> Revenue Sharing
    5. Edit your Ad options under under Options -> Revenue Sharing

Well, I am not advertising and I am only a publisher. Yes, I am one of those millions who are looking to increase the CTR but I also wish for a higher conversion ratio for the advertisers.

No Google ads below the title?

Now here is a news that I find it somewhat odd and confusing. I was reading the blog of a compatriot and I came across a post in which he has written that showing adsense ad units below the header of the post leads to it’s policy violation.

Is that true? How do you check out this rule? I have a WP blog in which the ads appear at the top of the post but so far there are no clicks on that.

I have subscribed to the feeds of the most useful and active forum on Google Adsense and I must read it daily. What a laziness has crept in me!

I know it is a good place to have the ads by Google but if it violates Google's policy, what is the solution? The Bombay blogger Rohit suggests to place adbrite ads.

Know your blog's ads by Google on other countries.

May I right in assuming that many of you have not heard about the Google Sandbox? It is a wonderful tool for bloggers and webmasters. In fact, I would say it is a must.

    The tool has two boxes.
In the first box you either key in a keyword or an URL.
In the next box, you either choose 'Auto' or choose any country frpm the drop down menu.

Hit the submit button and you will see several ads, a screen full of ads by Google, all varying from each other. It shows different ads that will be displayed in different countries for the key word or the URL you have keyed in.

I saw this wonderful tool in a blog by an Indian. Go to Labnol.org to use this tool.

15 Advices on How to Decrease Danger of Being Banned from AdSense

    TubeImage.com

Note, that I do not propose the magic advices of how avoid AdSense possible ban. Because, there might be reasons beyond Webmaster control or related to the AdSense stuff mistake. However, it is possible to decrease danger of the ban, carefully following the AdSense Team recommendation and common sense. Note, that getting Google to reconsider the cancellation note is next to impossible, if your site does not accumulate amount of traffic that might get Google sorry for losing you. So the easiest way to handle the situation is not to find yourself in it.
Let’s review some basic recommendation of the safe Google AdSense account ownership:

    1. Be sure never click on your own ads. It is the most obvious reason, why the account is banned. If you are interested in the offer, announced in the ad, better type the website address in the browser window. Do not click as your explanations on the click justification will not be later accepted.

    2. Do not make any changes in your AdWords code, other than playing with permitted color palettes modification.

    3. Do not place AdSense code on Thank You pages, registration pages, or any other pages that do not contain real content.

    4. Avoid insertion of AdSense code on your pages containing ads from Google’s competitors as, for example, Yahoo Publishers Network.

    5. Do not use “hidden text” techniques on your pages, including tiny text fonts, or text with the same color as background.

    6. Do not place your AdSense ads in the close proximity to Macromedia Flash games, pop-ups and download prompts, drop-downs and menu links, as it increases chances of the accidental clicks on the AdSense ads.

    7. Avoid placement of too many links on your site. Having a link higher than 100 on a single page will classify you as a link farm.

    8. Avoid using doorways - pages loaded with choice keyword ads redirecting visitors to another pages. While you can find many reasons of them being useful, AdSense will not share this point of view.

    9. Stay away from running AdSense ads on pages, containing adult or mature images and videos, and racial intolerance and extreme violence exposing posts.

    10. It is not recommended to place AdSense ads on pages, involved in unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials.

    11. Do not use the shared computer to log in your AdSense account, as your family members might accidentally spoil your situation.

    12. Do not make any arrangements with other AdSense users on the clicks exchange. Any unusual traffic pattern is clearly visible the AdSense monitors through IP addresses used.

    13. It is also not advised to be part of the traffic exchange networks or programs to boost your traffic, and especially AdSense exchange networks. While amount, involved in the cross-clicking will be higher than one-to-one, it is still will be a limited group of people, creating a statistically visible pattern, that might drew a close look from AdSense inspectors.

    14. It is not recommended to utilize auto-surfing programs to boost traffic to your Web Site or Blog. Traffic generated from these programs is not considered as real for AdSense, and might be a reason for the ban.

    15. Read all the Google AdSense policies, posted on the site to see whether your page might be somehow considered violating any policies and regulations. Make the necessary modifications as needed.

And...happy moneymaking inside Google AdSense guidelines.

21 Free Utilities for AdSense Users

Most likely, I do not have to explain to you, what the AdSense program is. Entering this market, Google drastically changed the map. AdSense are Google contextual ads that any Web Site or Blog owner can place on his/her Blog, Search Engine, or Web Site. Google, in return, will share a portion of the revenues generated from these ads. The specific pay rate varies, depending on the keywords on the Web site used to generate the ads.

You can review a brief informative tour at the Google Web Site on the AdSense basics:

    http://www.google.com/services/adsense_tour/index.html

If you do not have a Web Site, but you still want to enjoy the piece of the Google’s pie Google, there are multiple opportunities for you as well. Find the list of the Revenue sharing Web Sites, I have created on RateItAll:

    http://www.rateitall.com/t-24229-revenue-sharing-web-sites.aspx

Your task mostly to submit content (posts, images, videos, etc.), and your host will do the rest, taking a small share of your AdSense income as reimbursement.

AdSense provides pretty good stats monitoring, giving you ability to track your visitors per artificial or URL channels and other parameters. However, some user pointed out on the certain deficiency of these statistics and inconvenience related to the need to log in to the site to check the trends. Also, there are occasional delays with the stats posting, which can misrepresent the visitors’ response trend for the high-traffic Blogs a Sites owners. To close the gap, several software packages were developed. I have prepared the list of the free applications on RateItAll, as usual, with brief description, rating, and links for download:

    Increase CTR for your adsense.

I bet no one would show indifference to an article that says,"Ways to increase your AdSense CTR'.

Sure, we all might have read hundred of blog posts that deal with AdSense increase but still, we won't discard another blog post that promises more tips that are new.

Mostly it may contain nothing that we don't know of already but rarely, we may find something new. But this requires sincere reading of the said blog posts.

Here is one such article that I read a few minutes before that I felt like sharing with you.

"20 Powerful Ways to Boost Your Adsense CTR".

    $3000 per month through adsense?

It is quite an attractive figure for most of us-right? But is it really possible? Our immediate reaction will sure be negative based on our present earnings.

I am not even averaging $1 per day from my seven blogs. How about you?

Blogging Secret has proposed something for us. He wants us to create 100 blogs!

    Here is his calculation:
    Google Adsense - $1 x 100 blogs x 30 days = $3000 per month.

    Sounds optimistic but....

When I am working more than 12 hours a day to maintain seven blogs, how can I maintain 100 blogs? Where do I go for content for 100 blogs of different niches?

    The adsense myth.

Though it is reported that some make upto 1000$ per day through adsense, the majority of adsense earners report only a few cents a day.

Why? What is the reason? Any concrete tips to increase adsense revenue?

Of the three question, I have read hundreds of tips in as many places as the answer to the last question. And I never found anything new in all those answers.

Two major changes were recommended in all these answers; change the format and change the layout. But nothing worked for me and so too for all the majority.

To me, irrelevant ads by Google is the main reason. Even in Mashable which attracts thousands of readers, I saw irrelevant ads by Google. Moreover, whatever ads that appeared in Mashable.com, they are worth only a few cents per click(<10 cents).

I invite suggestions, recommendations and experience from this blog readers. Let me compile them and test them.

    Rounders template and adsense.

I have been watching the AdSense ads on this blog and man, what a disappointment!

I am seeing only two ads by Google most of the time and one of them is Google AdSense itself and the other is about 'Ibibo'. I already posted an article on 'Ibibo' and there is no need to mention about the futility of participating in it.

Oh, yes that Google ad about 'Desmartini' is the third ad. I think I attribute for the lack of ads that are relevant to the post is the Rounders Template in the new blogger version. It used to be better in the classic version.

But I saw a major shift in relevant ads when I modify this template to a three column one. Just make a study about this and give your feedback here. I hope to learn a few tricks.

Before I make any money on AdSense, I would like very much to see relevant ads by Google.
